FLY - WAIATOTO RIVER SAFARI - FLY
Take off from Queenstown, Glenorchy or Wanaka by light plane or helicopter and head over the backbone of the Southern Alps while enjoying unsurpassed views of the glaciers and ice fields of Mt Aspiring National Park. Follow the spectacular Arawhata River Valley to the sea touching down in Haast to join the Waiatoto River Safari.
MILFORD SOUND
Once off the Waiatoto River you can either return to your resort or fly to Milford Sound via the South West Coastline. This is a rare opportunity to view this remote wilderness. One of the last of its kind left anywhere in the world.
From Jackson Bay head south over the Red Mountains of the Cascade Plateau and onwards over Big Bay to the Hollyford River before your arrival at one of New Zealand's major scenic drawcards - Milford Sound.
